Complete!

My film opening is finished!
I presented my work on Wednesday the 18th of March and it went really well.
I am now beginning to write my evaluation and thus conclude this project.

Filming & Editing

My first and only filming session went very well so there's no need for me to re-fim but I would like to get a couple of shots of the gun whilst it is being shot. I will film this on Monday and edit it before the deadline on Wednesday.

My editing has been very successful and I decided not to use a soundtrack because I thought it was more interesting and powerful. I used cut transitions for effect and I used a simple black background with red writing to draw attention to it.

Soundtrack

I have decided not to use any music in the background of my opening as I think it is more effective without, also, I have dialogue within the opening which would be ruined if I put music on it. Instead, I added sound effects of wind in the background and also a gunshot sound for the shooting.

Casting

I had some more problems with filming as my the actors taking part couldn't be there for filming. Consequently I have only been able to use two people to be in my film. Luckily, this worked out quite well and I am happy with the results I have got from filming. I will now start to edit the filming and I am hoping that the final result will come out well.
